At South Mountain Overlook, we offer extraordinary spaces for elevated gatherings.  Our venue is sophisticated and stylish and embraces the natural beauty and views of the local mountains. 

Imagine your evening celebration flowing seamlessly from the catered dinner overlooking the valley, onto the deck to enjoy the night breezes, the stargazing dancing to live music. Invite your extended family for a weekend long reunion. Enjoy the time in our large living spaces, poolside, and on the Appalachian Trail; the catered food and drinks will be set up on your schedule!

Whether it is a soirée or party, we can help you host spectacular events. We are happy to announce we are partnering with event planners to offer micro weddings for 20 to 50 guests. These events are set up in the garden or in the grand Center Room and are followed by a cocktail hour. 

Our intimate indoor events are perfect for events of up to 60 guests. Larger events and celebrations, for to 150, are planned using both indoor and outdoor spaces. 

Every Social Event Package Includes 

Exclusive use of all South Mountain Overlook spaces, indoor and out.  A Day of Event Coordinator will ensure your event is set up and beautiful for guest arrival. Tables, chairs, silverware and glassware, are also included in your rental. Modern audiovisual and Wi-Fi are always available.
