Frederick isn’t just a place; it’s a home I’ve cherished for over twenty years. The downtown energy, nearby nature, and a community that lifts one another up drew me here—and keeps me inspired every day.

In 2016, I renovated the South Mountain Overlook property, selecting furniture and artwork with care and hosting gatherings that spark creativity and connection. From large celebrations to intimate garden lunches, history tours to pop-up restaurants, this space has always been about people, stories, and shared moments.

I’m grateful for the energy this environment generates—inside and out—and the communities it helps us build. 

With thirty years of experience serving nonprofit and mission‑driven organizations, I’m guided by servant leadership and a lifelong commitment to service. Guests often reach out after learning about this work, and that connection is my favorite part of what I do.
