This event features a chef-driven, five-course menu crafted by Erica Wildberger, complemented by thoughtful wine pairings that showcase award-winning bottles. • Amuse : Bright Rosé with raspberry and cherry to spark the evening
• Course 1: Gold Medal Vidal Blanc to perfectly balance creamy cheese and fruit
• Course 2:  Supple Gold Medal Cabernet Franc that enhances creaminess and earthines 
• Course 3: Full-bodied Silver Medal Tannat to match braised richness
• Dessert: Silver Medal Dessert wine with enough sweetness to echo chocolate and fruit notes
